Returns Policy

Bidey is currently sold as a pre-order product. Until your order is dispatched, you can request a full refund at any time. Once your order has been delivered, you are also covered by our 30-day money-back guarantee.

Before dispatch

If you change your mind before your order ships, email hello@bidey.co.uk and we will arrange a full refund.

30-day money-back guarantee

If your Bidey has been delivered and you decide it is not for you, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund, no questions asked.

After dispatch

If your order has already shipped, contact us as soon as possible and we will explain the next return steps based on the status of your order and the condition of the product. If it has already been delivered, the 30-day money-back guarantee above applies.

Damaged or faulty items

If your Bidey arrives damaged or develops a fault, contact us with your order details and photos where possible so we can put things right quickly.
